Quick question

How do I take these off?

They look pretty straight forward but I don't want to break or damage them

So, someone said I had to recalibrate the speed sensor for the new gear ratio (went from 4.05 final drive to 3.82 final drive) but I've used 4 different devices with 4 different gps speed apps and it seems spot on, thoughts?

*Update

Well the new transmission is so much, for a lack of better word, tighter. Shifter feels firm and there is literally no slop in it. Old one was loose as heck but I thought that's just how the car was. Thanks for everyone's help
