For real.

Okay I bought steering rack spacers, and a ottp H/E.

I didnt feel like figureing it out myself. So I took it to a shop.

Tomorrow is the FOURTH day they have had it.
Left a message today, it might not even be done by then.

Anyone else think this is insane?

Thats crazy. I had steering rack spacers put in along with Pedders springs and SS/TC shocks and struts and my garage did it all in about 5 hours. They said the steering rack spacers didn't fit perfectly and they had to make some modifications. But the install looks perfect and clean. Maybe they fucked something up and had to get some parts. Four days it really strange....Cover up?

Thats rediculous the amount of time they had it.
However, why do you take your car to a garage if your gonna install cooling/suspension upgrades? Dont wanna get anyone mad, but if you want to mechanically mod your car, it would make sense you do it yourself.

I get really bad headaches, i havent figured out the problem yet. When ever i try to focus on things and figure them out in depth, like adding stuff to my car that I havent done before. I get a crushing headache.

Im in college, so that makes it hard enough, its literally almost everyday. And on the days I dont go to school, I just try to relax.

I have taken it in to this guy once before.

Had decals off, painted stripes, and lowering springs.

Ready for this?

I have before, everything seemed okay though. I really wish I would have this time, the whole thing seems weird to me, my girlfriend as well.

She has taken her car to him for body/paint work twice, and its been ready on time.
Mine is late everytime. For stupid reasons.

This time he said, they cant figure out where to mount the h/e.
Are you serious, I didnt even return the message.

If it isnt ready friday, I'm picking it up.

Im driving a 94 paseo right now. I dont think he understands how hard that is when you drive a cobalt ss daily.

Go in there and talk to them in person and tell them you need to get something out of your car so oyu cann see for yourself whats really going on. thats what i did, I took my car to a shop to have my clutch installed and after 2 weeks it still wasnt done and i really had no real answers on why not so i just drove to the shop and walked back by the lift and was like ok so why isnt this thing done yet? And i found out that they broke a clutch line and had been waiting for one from the local dealer the whole time. I felt a lot better just knowing what was going on and seeing the car so i knew they wernt covering anything up

The guy that runs the shop, I trust, but the guys that do the work, I dont even know them.
I notice everyone with a cobalt doesnt let anyone drive, or hardly ever leaves it far out of sight.

I'm the same way, and im prob going to do what you just said tomorrow.

Helps bump steer.

When the car hits a bump.

They raise the steering rack to the same height as the outer tie rod ends.
