Results of first dyno after the build.
So with a year of the build done. Here are the results.
Upgraded
Diamond pistons 20 over stock.
Speed Pro Rings
Sleeves
ARP studs
Oil Pump Gears upgrade
Stainless steel Valves
78lb Springs
Titainum Retainers
injectors (80's)
Dual Pass intake
TVS with 2.9"
ZZP stage three h/e
SAAB stage three clutch
upgraded T/O bearing
Already had
Snow Meth kit
Eibach springs
Hurst Shifter
ZZP 3" exhaust
AEM intake
Yet to come
Smaller Meth squirters
OTTP rear sway bar
And I think thats it. Well the meth squirters were way to big for a safe tune. Basically if I had ever ran out of meth I would have gone so lean that I would have blown the motor. So the tune we did was without the water meth.
So it made 310 whp and about 267 torque. This was on a dyno that has historically ran a little low or what they say in the tuner world "true". The IAT's stayed below 120 all the way up to 7200rpm. I think that was amazing even without the meth. So thank you ZZP with your awesome H/E. Just thought people would like to know about this.

Those numbers seem a little low with meth, I could see you getting numbers like that w/o meth
I guess ported head will be next for you to free up some extra ponies
:Edit: I just saw that you said you didn't "run the water meth"..... correct?

Next mods are either going to a twin charge set up or even smaller pulley and get those smaller nozzles so I can finally run the meth. I cant wait but I am deploying really soon so it will be a little while.
I dont remember what the after market header is that I have. It was soooo long ago. I bought it from ZZP.
No port on the head. I will take it off this winter and get it done.
I went up to 8k rpm and noticed no really big gains at that rpms so just kept the limiter at 7200.
The clutch is meant for a SAAB Race series or something. I will get the P/N from Fred. A bunch of the cars he built uses that clutch and some are upwards of 350-400 HP and launch off of it all the time.
