Return style fuesl system!

I am just curious as to if this system is really needed, and for what goal of hp? I am thinking I may need this because I am looking for 400hp or so. Also what size injectors would one suggest I run?

Darkmanx 04-19-2010 12:33 AM

uhhh, first of all what setup are you trying to get 400 whp from?

I don't know the exact specs but yeah, it's a turbo kit.

Alright I have the Hahn level V kit. I have diamond pistons, nuetral balance shaft, cometic head gasket, arp head studs, port n polished head w. 3 angle valve job, aftermartket valve springs seat n retainers, set of cams, and a stage 3 clutch, and right now i only have to 60lb injectors which without having the car tuned for boost just for drivability their ok but im afraid one we actually fully tune the car ill def be maxing those out and wondering if yall think i should run the return style fuel system.

80# injectors would be a better alternative from a plug-n-play perspective, especially since Omega and Redline4 released their handy injector offset spreadsheet. Redline4 also has plenty of experience tuning Hahn Level 5 w/ 80# injectors if you need help getting it set up.

I mean I have a great tuner here who Ia m sure would be fine doing it, but my concern is to as before I know people we saying we needed the return style system at higher HP due to the fact of number four being leaner then the rest of the cylinders, or does the offset spreadsheet cover that?

Is this spreadsheet available to everyone? I looked in the tuning section and didnt find anything. I am about to start my car for the first time since my build and I have 80's.

I would also like to get my hands on this as well. I am most likely going to be needing the 80lb injectors for my setup.

It's also possible to extract the proper offsets for a return system, from that spreadsheet.
Most people don't bother with the return style, so I never bothered mentioning how to do it.
