i have a 06 ss and i raced a turbo ss and i have a fujita intake and a stage 2 clutch with a light weight fly wheel and i was smashing him until the end of 4th gear so people say that they r soppose to be so much faster i didnt see it i see a stage 2 ss killing the turboed ss

 

You ran into a bad driver. Add stg 2 with your current mods and it should be a drivers race with an edge to the SC.

 

with an intake and cat back i can hold a tc till 95 ish then in 4th he only gets like a car to a car and half on me

 

i dont think they r that much faster there top end is cuz that turbo but are low end is the **** if u dont spin

 

There faster to 60mph and trap ~4-5mph more.

My old SS/SC was faster than my stock SS/TC . Not by a ton ....but noticable enough that when i was driving the new car home i could tell. The thing with the TC is ......250 buck tunes really make them tough to beat . Just with the Superchips tune i have now .....my old SC wouldn't have much of a chance.


I'm not biased in any way ......I miss my SC and wished i could have kept it but ..... If you beat a TC with a basically stock SC ....something was wrong with that car or driver. Well unless your SC is a factory freak.
