Second o2 too short

Second o2 too short

im trying to install the vibrant header d/p
everything fits fine but the second o2 is to short
anyone else have this issue?

did it come with an extension? my zzp came with one, and i couldn't re-connect the sensors in the stock position, i had to rig something up with zip ties and i wrapped up the slack in the heatshield.

i had that proble also. just follow the wire back towards you engine, and you are gunna need to grab more wire from up tere. i think it was a clip or something that you can disconnect to get more slack.

i disconnected the clip that the o2 is connected to for more slack but it wasnt enough
is there another clip to disconnect

i just remember getting aggrivated(sp) at it, and being alittle aggressive with it. there isnt much slack, but there should be enough. see if you can follow the line up further for more clips. also, when screwing the o2 back in, you will need to twist the wire around the sensor first so that way when you are screwing it in, whe wire wont get shorter as you turn.

i already screwed the o2 back in
i disconnected it then screwed it back in but i can reconnect it cause its too short
even with the clip not attached to anything
ill go look for more clips to disconnect

lol... i got it connected but there is no slack
i know the first time i get on the gas the wires are going to get riped out

i had to extend mine for my clear image one lol...i was cheap so i just extended them with high temp wire...although you are going to want ot saudler not butt connect
