Shifting hard from 1st to 2nd...

Taking off from a light and shifting at about 6k Rpm into 2nd gear, it clunks... is that because i don't have LSD or because something is wrong with my car... Also if the tires come loose it seems like the whole front of the freakin car hops lol...

the pounding noise is from weak trans/motor mounts. upgrade them and say bye bye to the crazy sound. also bye bye to wheel hop

the clunking is the motor slamming against the mount.

That bouncing is wheel hop. If you dont let off the gas during wheelhop, there is a tendency for something to break.

Wheel hop breaks axles and cracks transmissions cases, let off as soon as you get that bouncing!

If you can change your oil, you can do this.
