Short throw shifter

I've been thinking about asking the girlfriend for a short throw shifter for Christmas this year. My question is what is better? I like the looks of the B&M more then the Hurst but I haven't heard any reviews or personal suggestions from anyone. So I'm asking the members here from CSS.net for their input.

I have heard mixed opinions about the Hurst and B&M. Nothing but good things about TWM.

I didn't know what it was either so don't feel bad. From what I've heard it's one of the best.

I've got Hurst on mine. I love it. The metal shift knob is a little pain out here in the desert though lol...summer's it gets soo hot to touch. I dont know how it is with the other brands, but 5th is really short, and I miss it sometimes. Lol

Here's a pic I have of it..

Go with the B&M. You can't complain with the looks and I've heard nothing but good things about them.

Well I didn't know that they had a TWM shifter out for the SS/SC. In that case I have one of those and would highly recommend their product.

I also agree, the TWM shifter is pure sex...

There are pics of it installed in some of the GP threads search around. Sorry I don't have a pic of mine installed.

And with the upgraded weighted shift knob in mirror finish:

We have checked with different carbon fiber suppliers and it would be difficult to properly cover our shift knobs with this material without changing the design of the shift knob. For the moment, it's not an option we are looking to offer.

Thanks,

Frank
