no dont thats the opposite you want to make your Ecotec durable when it revs. You need a viscous damper crank pulley not a lightweight pulley. You are a smart guy, talk to an engineer about why for a rotating reciprocating mass (not me)

yea I know, but if he could get it right and it be lighter, it would be worth it. but it wouldn't be the same as making a supercharger pulley, that's for sure.

I am Bone Stock, but starting to prepare my own stage kit.

I guess I need the "system" since my stuff is all OEM right now?

If so, please let me know how much for:

- 2.8" system in machined finish (comes with bolts?)
- Puller/Installer tool
- Shipped to 96819 (Honolulu)

Also, will I need to change the tensioner pulley for this to be effective?

The total will be 81.00 for the MPS + 81 for the puller/install tool bringing the total to 162.00. Shipping is free for the US during this group buy.

As for the tensioner, there are quite a few people using a 2.8 pulley w/o one but you will need the stage 2 belt.

Add me to the list for the 2.8" MPS + Tool

I will pick up the belt later as I will not be installing this for a little while.
