Question Snow Performance meth kit on stock motor?

I have been wondering if the stock motor can handle my 2.79" pulley with the snow performance methanol injection kit, the smallest shot I guess. I imagine that I will have to do the cometic head gasket and arp studs but is it necessary for me to change out my pistons too? Thank you for all of your help guys.

ya it will handle it. Alot of people run the kits with 2.6's and 2.5's. Just make sure you tune for it and you will be fine.

yes, I've heard of ppl doing just that. i've also heard too many ppl using 60s that blew a piston, so sticking with a good tune and 42s you should be ok.......right guys?

Its not the injectors that blow the engine its usually a crappy tune. If you want to run stage 2 and a the meth you should be fine.

you could just put on the snow performance kit on an all stock or a stage 2 engine. i've had mine on since i put my stage 2 on and its been just fine.
