Arrow So this is what happens when your LSJ gets a little thirsty...

As some of you may know,, my motor hydrolocked. People say to pump water out of the cylinders by taking the spark plugs out and what not...

I don't think that works too well for this.. :

Hahaha, poor thing. All 4 rods were bent.. Some not as much as others, but bent none the less.. took a little chunk off the bottom of the cylinder wall too.

Welp, time to invest in something else (;

Mine did the same thing in July, but my insurance covered the 4600$ bill to have a motor put in it lol. Does not help the dealership fucked it up so bad it took another 2k to fix it right.

Fffuuuuuccckkkk....thats shitty. I am so nervous about driving this thing in really bad rain because of that. The ZZP intake puts the filter up higher and the Pre-filter helps but it's still scary.

lol driving in the rain won't hydrolock your motor. driving through a huge puddle will.

Both roads to get off base flood and most of the highways here do also, thats what worries me. I know the rain wont affect it like that.

You could always rebuild it besides the head if there's chunks missing. it's not very complicated with the ecotec...
