Some Breif News On What UniChip Will Offer

We just spoke a bit more with UniChip. Their systems are very similar to a piggy back system. However, it is pre programmed to meet your needs. For example, if you have a header, intake, and exhaust, it will come with a program already built around those modifications. If you have an Intake and Pulley it would come with a program built around those modifications. You can then fine tune the UniChip with a PDA or such. If you do an additional modification, after you already purchased the UniChip, for example a header on top of the intake and pulley you already have. You send us your UniChip and we re program it to your needs. Typically there is about a $25-40 re program fee. Please post questions here and we will try to answer them, do not PM us on this as we would like to share the questions with all.

These systems should be available around Mid summer. No pricing has been released.

I was wondering if you could changed pulley size on the fly or if you'd have to send it back and reprogram it everytime? Can you data log or hook up a laptop for tuning?

I'm glad to see that the ball is finally rolling. I contacted Unichip a few times last year after purchasing my car mid year and have been following up with them every now and then. Can't wait to get tuned in to all of our upgrades.

WOpOnTour you're right, we don't want to wait weeks and weeks for something that won't work.

No not really that exactly. Just would need to know what "type" of tunable piggy-back it represents is all... What it competes with.
