I have been searching everywhere and getting either nowhere or conflicting data. Can anyone tell me the specs for the GM stage 2 injectors? Specifically, I need the Injector Rated Fuel Pressure, Actual Fuel Rail Pressure and Injector Rated Flow Rate.

An answer would be great, but a link to where I can find the info myself, along with other technical data would be even better.

Yea, I did a ton of searching on forums and search engines. I have read on several forums that the IFRs on the stage 2 tune are "way off". I have seen stage 2 tunes from 05's and they are different from my tune. In order to do my IFRs I need those three bits of info. I am just hoping that someone knows.

42 lb/hr (or 440 cc/min or 5.4 gm/sec) rated at 43,5 PSI. The fuel rail pressure is constant and varies from 55 to 60 PSI. What calculation to you want to make ?

 

Well, I am trying to use the injector flow chart for the ss/sc spreadsheet that I found on the HPTuners forum. They recommended 42.5 pounds 43.5 psi and 58 to the rail. I put those numbers in the flow rate calculator and I get numbers that do not match my stage 2 tune or 05-06 stage 2 tunes or tunes from others who (supposedly) did theior IFRs themselves. The funny thing is that my stage 2 tune differs from the others on the flow rate table as well as the VE tables and MAF tables that I have seen from 05s and 06s. Makes me think they may have changed some stuff in 07.
