it's a good practice. can you go longer?

Sure, but for the cost factor its always been easy enough to change them when i did the oil.

ok so i was wondering if i get the idumriom ones when do i change them also i have used copper ones lol i got them in a deal for free so i guess its time to change lol my tuner said i need to get new ones cause the tune was worse then last time on detnation i think? im not the all knowing tuner

also what is the oil change mileage ive never clocked it i always wanted to know i think its 10k

also holy cow theres a tone of those idridrum ones which one am i looking for and are the lnf ones the same for lsj

also what will happen if i get 2 stage colder? just wondering will it hurt mpg or just a bit of overkill cause i want to get a tvs but it wont be 4 like 7 -8 months

5,000 to 10,000 is a good range. I do mine every 5,000.

You can realistically get 20k out of copper plugs, assuming you don't beat the **** out of your car.
