Spark Plugs - LSJ

Happy Labor Day !

Could anyone recomend a good set of plugs for a 2006 Ion RL. It is tuned with GM Stage 3, I live in SC, its hot almost every day, and I'm runnin a 3" Pulley right now. And what Gap would be ideal ?

Thanks for the advice

Mike

Thank you turbosmart4 .

That was a good article. For future reference, can you just search for that kind of info on this forum, or ? Sry, pretty new to these forums and all.

Now im in a toss up of which plug to choose, cause my car is not running a ton of boost, but it has a ton of mods... It does get real warm here, but I do have some upgraded cooling features on my car...

Would the level 8 plug be to much in your opinion?

I think he probably means a heat range 8 NGk plug. I would just run ngk heat range 7 plugs like some bkr7e's, I don't think you'd need a plug as cold as an 8. The best way to search this site is to go to google and type in what your trying to find and end it with cobalt ss. the search on the site is almost useless.

Yes, but that's how Zombie threads are created. You will get necromancer awards if you do that and then post.

zrated89- ur right, these are the ones to go with 7EIX's. thanks for the opinion

insylem - I better watch my words careful here... lol details, details, details !! a ton of boost would b around 115 bars of boost... that would b crazy

turbosmart4 - looked at ZZP after you recomended it, and they had a little more info for me. gettin a step colder - thanks

MyOtherSS- I will try the Google thing, and see how it works. Your right, heat range 8 is not rt for my current setup. Thanks for the advice

Thanks for everyones opinion, and facts about my question. Hope you all have a nice Labor Day !!
