You have to be way more specific than that. Tell us what car you have, how much power you want and how much money you have.

There are already thousands of pages here on performance mods. I'm sure someone will jump on here and tell you to search but you're new and I won't yell at ya.

Just take some time to learn your away around the site and read as much as you can.
