speedo lag

speedo lag

Does anyone have an issue with there speedometer laging behind by about 5-7 mph, just wondering if anyone has had this issue and if theres a fix. Thanks.

yes, they do lag. I never knew how bad it was til i set my RPD on mph all the time. Especially full throttle it lags behind quite a bit.

Lol High speed bus isn't so high speed.
That or the Speedometer is read through the low speed bus.

I dont think so, I think its just an indicator delay. The PCM reports to my interceptor when its at 0 a second or so (Depending on how fast I stop) before the gauge reads zero. Though the Tach seems more responsive, but the two gauges should be PHYSICALLY idential. RPM is just a tach on your output shaft from your transmition. Dont see why they made one more responsive then the other.

So if I'm accelerating and reaching 120 and beginning to pass 120 I'm really still at 116? Time travel ftw
