Spraying Meth Thru TVS???

So for you TVS guys running methanol/water, are you spraying before the s/c or after? I'm just kinda iffy about spraying it into a $2000 blower; like what kinda effects will it have on the rotor coating, etc.

Spray it after the blower, it is more effective that way. The methanol will eventually eat the coatings off the blower.

no...TVS is coming soon....just getting my facts straight so I know what other goodies I gotta buy.

Cuz if it had been a 2.8 TVS pull...there would have been no point in racing him.

So if you spray it after the blower, where do you tap the nozzle into?

This is true sir. Then it comes down to driver mod and traction. The only thing I've noticed TCs have over the TVS is torque...

The coating will just natural wear off too. I would make life easier and just do it before. These work really well on the tvs because while they are more efferent than the stocker they still heat the air up pretty good.

anytime you are able to decrease the inlet air temps another 50-100 degs after the blower you can run way more timing and usually pulley down to the next size down pulley.
