Cool Stage 1 & 2 PCM Programming the same?

Hi guys this is my first post and I'm new to this.... is the pcm program that comes with the GM stg 1 the same as the programming with stg 2? Or is it more aggressive in stg 2? I'm new to the cobalt thing... I just got rid of a 13 sec GTP for this SS and I think I'm going to have way more fun with this toy! LOL.

Thanks for the info guys... I was looking at the stage 1 and then going to a 2.9" but I was concerned that the program was different and may make me lean out. You guys will know better than me... which C/A do you recommend? I was thinking Injen as the gains look good and it's what I had on the GTP, but there's a big difference in rides so any thoughts?
