From what I know about it, and having driven an Ion RL with stage II; I think I will deem the stage II kit the "Fun Mod Kit" as it is just fast enough to have some fun yet retain fuel mileage.

I am going Stage II until my warranty ends and then I will be pulling a turbo swap.
it is fun, but i get tired of cars quickly. so it keeps me entertained for the time being. plus having parts laying in my garage helps the fun factor as well.

HAHA me too

For added fun, try going hard to 6800 rpm in 1st then shift hard to 2nd, that seems to remind me why I bought Stage 2.

The kit includes ALL hardware - you just need to pay for labour (flash/install)

when you do this....PLEASE make sure you have traction when you reach that 6800
if your spinning, and slam to second....youll rip your clutch a new *******

LOL, of course, I meant by going hard in first, i mean stepping on the gas hard, not spinning the tires.....

screw the duty cycles and swap out the stage 2 pulley with a 2.8 when you have gm install it, full exhaust and a custom tune you'll be great! i love the extra torque with my 2.8" pulley, but it wont be safe untill i get my 60s and tune... i'll still recommend the 2.8 pulley though haha if you shift at 6 grand you'll still be safe, but i guess the best part of stage 2 is the 7k rev limit
