ok so i called a GM dealer closest to me and they said they would install the stage 2 kit for 320$, but they said the kit must come with a program number or they will charge me a lot more. im going to order the kit from crateenginedepot.com, does anyone know if it comes with the program number?

The kit comes with everything. It's the same thing your dealer will sell you.
