Stage 2 Reflash again?

my car isnt performing like it should....with all the mods i have (in sig) i beat a cobalt ss/sc by half a car and he only had exhaust and k&n intake

so if i go to the dealer and get the reflash think itll make a difference?

If there isn't a problem with the tune, i wouldn't reflash it. If the flash held, and you have a 7k redline you're fine. What could be killing you is heat soaking and or your idc's have to be through the roof. No cooling mods, on a 2.85 = 120% idc's and massive heat like 160 iat2's.

No wonder you can barely beat a stock ss/sc lol.

I bet if you dropped the 2.85 pulley and ran the Stage 2 pulley the car would run better. I didn't believe it until I did it with mine. The tune was designed for that pulley and always seem to run MUCH better the the 2.85.

actually it didn't. Not trying to be a dick, but there is a HUGE difference between the stage 2 pulley and a 2.85. To the temps, to the idc's, etc. BIG BIG difference.

When your injectors are going static, and when your car is creating sooo much heat it doesn't know what the hell is going on, it really isn't running better.

MAYBE on a colder night you would feel a difference because of the heat not being as bad. But do a few back to back pulls and you would know the difference REAL quick.

The idc's and temps on a 2.85 were NOT ment for the stage 2 tune.

Not trying to be a dick but can you explain to m ehow my car with a 2.79 on stg II tune could walk a stage II SS? From a dig, from a roll it didnt matter.

We both had the same supporting mods other than the 2.79 and my colder plugs at that time.
