Difference in size between stage 2 and 3 pullies is minimal - you can do it and it will run the same as stage 2.

would a person notice a difference in power or is it a waste of time to put it on?

pullies are for lazy people that don't want to apply the right mods first.

Yah I'm 3.0 on stage 2 also... need to create a name for that lol. Stage 2.5 maybe

I felt an improvement, and I don't say that often.... I didn't say it when I got my catback or intake.. but this 3.0, defintitely yes.

Do a 2.9 if your gonna drop from a stage 2 pulley... The difference between stage 2 and 3 is very minimal as stated....

You might wanna think about some traction and cooling mods too if you havent done them yet... They will bring out whats already in the car to the fullest

i was thinking about a meth injection for cooling. just scared of how much install work needs to be done to fix it.

This is true as well... They can potentially go static above 6000rpm on 42's...

Meth is by far the best cooling mod but you need to get t00ned for it

after my warrenty runs out.

i am gonna get wisco pistons, eagle rods, arp head studs, port and polished head, titianum valves and stiffer springs, stg2 comp cams, 2.7 inch pulley and 60 lb injectors, and a professional customer tune.

i know some of this sounds bad but i never built a motor before so this stuff just sounds good to me to do

I was like that waiting for my warranty and then I said forget it and started putting whatever I want on the car. I might build it up over the winter if I am around here.

get cooling mods if u can. Im having major IAT2 issues with a 3.00 and trying to stay off WOT pulls. Especially in 100 degree weather where it heats up from 130-180ish from 0 - 100 mph under WOT.

Stop jerking off about your mods... We get it, you made power without a pulley... Good for you.

Yes, you can run Stage 3 pulley with Stage 2, it's my current setup.
