Stg 1, what pully?

Like the thread says, I just got stage 1 installed and was looking to put in like a 2.9 pully. I saw the how to thread on installing the pullies. Though im wondering if i have to just unbolt the old pully and put new one on, or would i have to go through taking the supercharger off and if so what other parts would i need.

You'll need to get a pulley puller or have the pulley pressed off at a machine shop.

On the same note... you'll need the new pulley (3.0" or 2.9") to be pressed on in the same manner. The stock pulley does not have bolts.

good luck. (if you get the zzp modular pulley system, you never have to worry about this again... cause your new pulley will be bolted on like this:

I would get the stage 2 belt if you are going any smaller than 3.1" or a larger tensioner.

yeah, i think the stage 2 belt is a waste of money unless you go 2.5, 2.6, or 2.7
