It's my understanding that the computer is limiting boost correct? So even if you change the pulley's the computer is going to negate it all.

Not if you disabled the computer from doing so. Do a search on boost bypass mods

Thats what I have been using and no CEL's so far (probably running like that for maybe 3-4 months.

How much boost are you running? That's a pretty sweet mod if the engine won't blow up from too much boost. At what Psi are the stock Injectors maxing?

I'd be more worried about your supercharger blowing up instead of the motor. 2.4" - Jesus that's got to be pumping some serious heat...
