At what RPM's? If I put around around 3k and bog the car, it won't make full boost. If I floor it when it's above 3k I will see full boost.

if its still not boosting its most likely your bypass actuator (black cyclinder on your s/c) or the sensor. Known issue on s/c balts

To check the H/E pump, remove the cap for the H/E and turn the car on. If you can see the H/E coolant flowing, your pump is fine. If it isn't moving, then you need to replace the pump.

Weak excuse. I'm american and I spend a month a year in french canada visiting family and have no issues at all conversing. Go to the dealer.

lol the guys that work at my gm are people i went to school with and dont realy like when they touch my car thats why i came here for solutuions first so i can give them a heads up on what it might be so they dont **** around with my car for 10 hours trying to find a simple problem but thanks anyway ill be making a rendezvous 2moro.
they always ask question and when i say what i hear and feel they have no expression like they dont know what it could be.

my mother in law went there with her gmc sierra and they held the truck for 2 days and it cost here 1200$ and the problem wasnt fixed and still isnt she trying jusy normal garages know not wasting money at dealer. the problem is that out of no where her truck comes to a down and no accecleration the truck stays running but wont move she turns it off for 10 seconds and turns it back on and its back to normal any clue?

Screw that, walk in there and demand to be spoken to in your official language of choice! The French people don't seem to have a problem doing the same. If they don't offer you service in English, I'm sure a quick call to GM headquaters will get the english flowing out of their mouths...
