Just wondering if there is any possible way to get 40 more hp without doing the WHOLE stage 2 kit?? i see sum people on here that just have a pulley & injectors. like say just pulley/injectors & injen intake. ive been lookin into the ottp stage 2 kits & for what i need Option wise its just gettin a lil out of my price range lol. cause was going to have BYT do the flash for me as well. so im really open to ALL suggestions at this point HELP PLEASE!!

 

You can piece together your own stage kit. That's what I did.

 

Like he said, might even find good used parts on here. Pulley, injectors, then pay for a good tune for it.

I thought OTTP was pretty reasonable though.

 

Doesn't OTTP also include a h/e?

 

Will still need a belt or tensioner, hub, etc. Don't be cheap.

 

90 for the modular pulley system
10 for the tensioner
159.99 for the injectors
25 for the harness
10 plugs

May need a pulley puller (90) if you don't have one, and plus the cost of whatever your tuner will charge.

I dont think you should actually expect 40 from the kit though. There are many members on there that have the kit, along with intake, entire exhaust header-back) smaller pully and meth and just barely make 30-40 or so more then stock with that.

 

wat??? jus the gm stg 2 kit alone goes from 205 to 242 hp

 

You can't go by GM ratings..

A SC will dyno ~215whp stock and ~235whp with just Stg 2.
