For Those With Widebands

when the bung was welded to you downpipe, it was before the cat, correct?

also, was it an easy weld or did you need to remove the downpipe like i have read on a few occasions?

thanks!

It's best to remove the DP from the car and take it to a muffler shop.
Most WBO2's require the sensor do be a minimum of 10* off horizontal.... a task which isn't easy to accomplish when it's in the car.

And yes... it's put in before the cat.... usually within a foot of the collector. I think mine is about 4 Inches from the collector... due to the fact that my system O2 is ahead of it.

would it be worth it to order the dp with the bung already welded in, or cheaper to just take the pipe when you get it to a muffler shop?
