Tuning and 2.6" Installed!!!!!!

Well today I got my 2.6" pulley, 60lb. injectors, and custom tune from Tune Time Performance completed. First off, want to thank Matt, Paul, and everyone else down at the dyno and shop today. As for the results, I didn't get a chance to get the actual graphs up yet, but they will be coming tomorrow hopefully along with some other videos. Results:

Best Fourth Gear Pull
271 WHP and 260 TQ

Third Gear Pull
271 WHP and 258 TQ

That works out to be somewhere around 310 hp to the crank, just a little FYI. Also, I see 20lbs. of boost at WOT. Haven't really had the chance to test it out yet, so I'll be updating the post tomorrow probably . Also bumped the rev limiter up to 7200. Last interesting note, 4th gear now maxes out at roughly 145 mph!!! Thanks again to everyone and I'll keep this thread updated.

Just put on my 2.6 today, You can deffinetly feel the TQ increase from the 2.8" once the car hits 5000 at full boost you can really feel the difference.

smaller pullies help out torque pretty well, hp is not affected that much, alot of heat is created by smaller pullies, if i were you id think about a heat exchanger or water meth, im sticking to my 2.85, ive got lots of boltons that help out, gonan get it custom tuned aswell and i have the 60 pounders and harness ready, gonan install an aftermarket heat exchanger next year, nice numbers mang, im aiming for similar numbers, my torque wont be as much as yers though.

Yea they did do the install as well for me. Everything came out great. The TQ numbers were very impressive in my opinion. And yes, the next mod I will be looking at will be some sort of cooling system (heat exchanger, water/meth, etc.). Thanks for all the input and keep it coming.

Damn good numbers with that 2.6" pulley! I'm starting to get jealous of all you guys with these awesome numbers! I'd really like to see your sheets because I'm interested to see where all the power and torque starts at.

I have the sheets in front of me, but I don't have a scanner. So I'm waiting for either Tune Time to post them or to e-mail them to me. Sorry for the delay guys.

I can give you some more updates though. Took the car out again today to see how its running. Now I previously said that 4th gear maxed out at 145 mph, and I noticed today that 2nd gear maxes out at about 85 mph. Boost is a consistent 20psi from 5K to redline. In 4th gear, boost is at 17.5psi when I hit 3500 RPM and then bumps up to 20psi around 5K. Traction is what I thought would have killed me, but it is much better now then what it was before the tune, not much spin in first. It still spins, don't get me wrong, but just not as much. Thanks again Tune Time.

Got a digital camera? Take pics and post them. That seems to work well too! Oh, and be sure to post them on the ss.net gallery so I can view them. All other places are blocked to me! Sorry, I know I'm impatient!
