im sorry, but there is NO possible way. $1000 and you have a running, turbo cobalt eh? but hey, you had a chance that we might believe you cuz we only know superchargers. =P

 

As of yet theres been no knowledge from this supposed TURBO'D Cobalt owner.

I am with you, yes it sounds crazy....but the benefit of the doubt is a very key element here..no matter how small or large it is.

I have learned through my forum days and numerous forums I use, that telling someone that you have something with out pictures will only yeild post for you to put up some pictures. So note to everyone here.....whenever you are ready to showoff a new mod, parts, paint, tires, body kit, etc, etc, etc. Just wait until you have some pics to put in the thread. Chances are your post will be taken more seriously and it will yeild more views and intelligent post and questions. (step off soapbox now)

06TurboSS you the benifit of my doubt, some pictures will definetly be in your favor to not get flammed anymore than you already have. If you are BS'ing then please got to another site and spam yourself out there!

dont forget those muffler bearings too, very important. oh and a vtec timer too your going to need that for the kanuder valve after the flux capacitor starts fluxing.....

 

 

lol mabey he has a secret to how to make a turbo, turbo piping and intercooler work all toghter. mabey it runs threw the computer. and dont need to force in ne air at all lol.

 

Don't forget the blinker fluid and turbo hubs!!!

 

If this is true, you are not the first Cobalt SS Turbo'd. Selfinfliction is the first on this site anyhow. His name is different since he kept getting booted off here, but he is definitely the first I have read about on here.

If this is indeed true, let's see some pics. You just can't come on here and leave people hanging like that. It's not cool man, and you will get flamed for it.

my turbo was 426 brand new shipped from ebay...and its a hell of a lot stronger and more efficient than a garret, t3/t4. mitsu turbo of any type that ppl ave been playing around with for these cars.

In converting my car to turbo ill have about 1000 bucks into it if i sell my s/c for 400. about 1500 w/ selling s/c if i include a full 3" exhaust

Is it possible...yes...but prob by less than 0.5% of the members here.
