Are you sure? I know tons of people who spin the 2.2 alternators backwards when they supercharge their car and it still makes power. Is the lsj one different somehow?
yes.
the lsj alternator has a one way clutch in the pulley, and its designed to spin backwards. if you switch it to run forwards the one way clutch will just freewheel and the rotor in the alternator wont turn.
ottp does have a solid alternator pulley for the lsj alternator just for when you turbo swap.

You did the lnf swap, so do you think just doing the saab 93 turbo setup be easier? Obviously the 20g instead of the stock saab turbo
the lnf manifold doesnt bolt up to the lsj/l61/le5 cylinder heads. it can be made to work (im running one on my porsche swap) however it takes some machining, and you lose the pcv valve. honestly your better off to get the saab manifold, or one of the aftermarket options. the only reason im using the lnf manifold is i have very little room, the saab manifold wouldnt fit and i want to get the car running before i spend the money and time building my own intake manifold.
