i have incorporated 2 of those resonators in my exaust, when it goes to the dual exit, they quiet it down slightly, but they don't really do too much. I also used one on my catless mazda exhaust and it also helped a little, only enough to take it from obnoxiously loud to not quite as obnoxiously loud, but still pretty loud.

They are good for fitting in tight spaces and are well constructed so i'd recommend vibrant over any other crap resonator, but they're still a straight through design which doesn't quiet 4 bangers down too much.
