It just doesnt look like a super charger and it is unfamiliar to me. now that I have seen the snail, show me the escargot when you get it....LOL.
You know and I know were both partial to a SC whine.......but that is untill you finally strap into the red rocket to claim VICTORY with RED fury, and Side Swipe any SRT4's or Honda, viper, srt8's ass outthere.
Well Victory Red SS has to stand for the forces of good to opress evil some how so that is the best I could come up with..... on short notice (improv).

Just to let you know whenever this thing is running it's going to be a mad frenzy on this site for requesting videos. haha.
Any chance of pictures of the motor? I'm quite curious.

The crankshaft is supposed to be finished late this week. Then a week or so for shipping and then the actual engine goes together. There should be an actual video of the engine being built when it goes back together.

The crankshaft should be done and I will call Monday to confirm. The engine starts going together as soon as the crank arrives. Once the engine starts/happens there definitely will be pictures.
I have also got a small Canadian magazine, RPM, who is going to do a series of articles on the project. The first article will be out in about 6 weeks. The expectation is that this will lead to larger magazines doing some coverage as well.

I figured you would get some REAL attention from magazines. I can see it now. You on the cover on TURBO magazine. I will actually buy one if you get on it. Best of luck to you.

Okay, it's time for a small update.
The crankshafts are finished. They are being shipped and will arrive at JBP Tuesday, next week.
The Bates sleeves were paired this past weekend and will be installed into the block this coming weekend.
The engine starts going together when the crakshafts arrive. There will be video of the engine rebuild process and that will be hosted on JBP's site.
Many of the parts for the chassis have arrived with the exception the 4link setup and the front clip (which will be based on the MustangII clip). The updated CAD drawings went in yesterday as the shop had to ammend them due to using the Baer Brakes instead of the Willwood.
We have had a major parts player step up for sponsorship on the second engine.
Sadly the Garrett GT45 has not arrived and that is holding us back in that area. We need to start testing the turbo switching modules.
The Supercooler has undergone some big changes, mainly that it has gotten smaller and more efficient. This unit will not be a vehicle specific unit once it is ready to buy.
The track tires and wheels have been shipped and hopefully there will be pictures of them soon.
More updates as they come in.

Some more news....
This week we have finally received the Bigstuff3 (standalone) w/harness. The harness is a well constructed one.
The GT45 turbo has finally been shipped. After waiting 6 weeks for the Garrett dealer to get this, I said screw it and ordered from a dealer, who had it sitting on the shelf. It will be in next Tuesday, which is the same day the crankshafts arrive.
Next week is going to seem a lot like both Christmas and the month after Christmas as these bills arrive a bit quicker.
It is really nice to see steady progress happening.
