helps to know what sort of power your after. if its just a little more, dropping a pulley size, a better tune, alcohol injection, and other small things can add up. however if you want to make a bunch more power (300+) then a tvs swap, or turbo.

Get a more free flowing exhaust, especially the header and downpipe. GMPP header doesn't gain much over stock

get a more agressive tune, lower pulley, and E85 or meth. with those mods you should be making higher than 248whp imo

2.6 e85 header and down pipe = 260 to 290 whp

Agreed...You should Def making more power with your current MOD's then 248whp, Get a More Agressive/Better Tune and Pulley Down to like a 2.7 or so.

You have a choice, it's probably a 3.0 or 2.9. I have S3 and am on a 2.9, but have a 2.7 ready to go on for spring and E haha.

I would go with a ported head, ZZP stage 1 cams, 78# valve springs, and nuetral balance shafts

Slightly overkill to go P&P head and cams, but if they wanted to spend 3k+ go for it. To make 40ish whp more or so just drop down to a 2.8 or 2.7 pulley with E-85 on 80's and have it retuned. A clutch at this point would not be a bad idea either.
