write GM tell them they are wasting money by putting this in the kit, and they will give you money for saving them the $0.32 on the kit... lol, they put it in there so you ask questions

it's a $200 refund part for the $.32 they spend on outsourcing oders to a 3rd world country. GM is hiring $.32 an hour mechanics that recognize this part in the kits.
