what compression will be good to use with a TVS/Twin screw im replaceing my pistons and tryin to figure out what i should get

 

9.5:1 compression

 

9.5:1 or 10.0:1
It really depends on if you are looking into an aggressive cam, how far your boosting, what kind of fuel you'll be running, if you'll be using methanol injection, etc.

 

9.5:1 is what I'd do.

 

Really it depends on what you plan on doing with the car. What kind of pulley are your planning on running? How much boost are you planning on running through the engine? What kind of heat mods? If you are going to crank the boost up then you would want to go with 9.5 or even 9.0. If you want to keep it around 15 or so psi you could go with 10. Of course the other problem is that since there isn't really any reliable data on how the TVS performs in relation to heat so it is hard to guess what would REALLY be best....

 

I call a guy at intense and he said 9:1 what do you guys think
