That makes about as much sense as wiping your ass before you take a ****.
Your post wasnt there when i started to write my post , i went to grab my warranty book to make sure i knew what i was talking about . So instead of just ignoring it you have to be a smart ass , lighten up .

You can get an early model 07 with recaros and LSD, both of which mine has. The warranty is nice to have, the 07 stage kits should be working just fine, and I got mine slightly used with 630 miles with the full warranty out the door for 21.7K..Also, there are minor touches, other then the steering wheel and black tie radio that are different, if you look in my gallery at the headlights, you will notice that in 07 the SS/SC also had the reflector in the section for the blinker removed. Now there is only the small square reflector in the headlight housing. Much nicer IMO...

One more thing, mine has the polished wheels, which clean are DAMN sharp. I had removed them to install my springs and I was quite shocked by how light they are. They are not as heavy as you would think. Good luck on your decision.

And what makes it better? LSD doesn't count since it's an option...

just remember an 06 thats been sitting around for a year will cause you problems down the road from lack of driving... my sis did that with her accord, and the first few months were a nightmare for her, electrical problems like crazy and bad starter and alternator went so fast.

I think thats just bad luck. I've had multiple cars sit for 2+ years and run without a hitch. My 99 GTP sat for over 2 years, started right up. No dead battery, nothing, and ran me to work every day for another 2 years. Before that i had an 86 buick GS that sat for 5 years that im aware of when my uncle sold it to me, and all i did was change the battery, oil, and coolant. Lasted me 2 years of high school and 2 years of college. An 06 SS/SC sitting around isnt going to have problems. Hell after i bought mine in december '05, i only drove it once or twice and it sat until Sept '06. Now i drive it daily.
