What do you think about this ?

So i go to get a custom tune because i had a zzp flash and the idle was bouncing at idle even stalled sometimes. Neway long story short im trying to figure out how i only made 222hp and 233tq . Its impossible i have every bolt on you can think of so please dont ask wat i have i should atleast been upto 275. Seriously i even have ls4 tb and meth ! . 2.8 pulley and he said it was only boosting 15 wtf ? I dont get it someone ever encounter this? Im depressed seriously

15psi on a 2.8. Possible if you have a ported blower and a full 3" exhaust but it sounds like a **** tune if ya ask me but then again it could me a lot of things. What's the issue. Just lack of power. What are your mods and what is the zzp tune for? Is their flash for all your mods or just for a few of them..

We need more info. But, 275 is still a bit optimistic.

What kind of timing and AFR's are you running. Who tuned it?

no ported blower 2.8 60's ls4 3'' intake full exhaust 2.5 ,,,, alcohol injection . dual pass plate option b front mount h/e . im pissed th fk off tell you the truth . and i took the zzp comp off he loaded hp tuners to the stock comp.

Could be the dyno. Could also be the tune. With the ls4 TB and intake if the tune isn't right you can have all kinds of problems. Also, with full 2.5" exhaust (especially catless or high flow cat) you may only see 15 psi because the motor flows better (which actually means you are using the air more efficiently).

ok guys well i went to kmart for a little drive because last night it was raining so i couldnt really beat on the car so i justs got back . I ripped through gears i noticed the boost going from 15 down to 10 after 5500 rpm . He told me i was losing pressure after 5500 so i checked to see for myself . Long story short i took that comp off and put the one i had before wich is a reflash from zzp the car ran like a dam beast boosting all the way to 17.5 and lost no pressure at all at any rpm !!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO I GUESS PROBLEM SOLVED THE DAM TUNE IS A MESS ! The zzp is cool but the idle is all over the place. I will get in contact with my tuner and keep you guys updated .

If anybody knows of tuners in the ny area or even jersey let me know pm me just incase this guy cant fix this !!

idk why you have 2 computers anyways, and even more idk why your tuner didnt just fix the idle on the zzp tune.

He switched the computer because the geniuses at zzp didnt put my vin# on it and its registered with all L's or something like that so he said he couldnt for some reason go in to tune it some license bs so i just put in my stock one and he tuned that one .
And yes a little fishy indeed !!!!!!!!! But trust me i will get this thing running correctly !!!!
And as far as him sucking as a tuner sad to say but might be true atleast for cobalts cuz the guy has corvettes and camaros all over the shop and i mean fully built corvettes ! So it confuses me on how this little cobalt would be a problem for him

havent read the other posts so this might have been said. I went through the same issue when i got my 2.8/60 installed/tuned. Then we figured out you have to turn off Torque Management. When i did the pull on the dyno it only made 215hp at 5700rpm and the graph just nose dived at that point. Turned it off and then it went nice and even up to 230hp...going to play around with my tune again to fix 1 thing and add more timing for meth.

And its funny you said it nose dived cuz mine did the same at 5500 the boost droped from 15 to 10 in a sec
