AEM since its dryflow. K&N will throw CEL's because of the oil on the filter.

If you aren't in a rush, and have no problem ordering off the internet, people say the dryflow filter is the best.... I personally have the K&N high flow you can get from Autozone, no codes or anything, but some have had problems with the oil from the oiled filters throwing codes etc...

3.25 inlet diameter...5inch element.

I prefer AEM, just for the piece of mind of not having oil getting to the MAFs.

not all oiled filters will cause problems.....but it has been an issue, our maf sensor is very picky.

If I hadn't been 'in a rush' so to speak, I would have waited for the AEM dryflow... but heh.... i've got a need for SPEED baby... lol.

I would wait for the Dryflow, but do what you have to do. They are even pickier stock. Once you get the stage 2 and it reflashed they don't throw a CEL.

K&N fiilters only throw codes if they are over oiled. Should be fine otherwise.

K&N has been copied for a reason... they know air filters. the most common misconception ppl make is that "oiled filters mess up ur MAF"...... i wouldnt be surprised if some aftermarket competitor made that up to hurt K&N sales.

a properly oiled filter does the job just fine and you can have be assured K&N stands by their customers. (ehemmm... unlike injen)
