What maintaince do i need to get done?

car has 93k+ on it.

So far only has a 3' intake and ottp 4th gen H/E

I only changed out the oil ever 3-5k miles + filter

Coolant fluid when i did the H/E

also brand new tires, brakes. Havent touched the suspension

Nothing else was done. Now i have some ticking noise but finding out it could be chain tensioner.

Anything else do i need to get done asap?

trans oil is easy.

1. put the car on a lift.
2. grab a oil pan thingy
3. pull out drain plug.
4. wait until all fluid has stopped coming out.
5. put drain plug in
6. take fill plug out
7. fill with new oil until it flows out of the fill hole.
8. put fill plug back in
9. lower car

easy 5-10 min job

Yes. What Nigel said. He used the wrong fluid in the how-to, and NO GOD DAMMIT FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU DO NOT FILL IT UNTIL IT DRIBBLES OUT!!!!!!!! THAT IS WRONG!!!!!!!!

I am not trying to be a dick, but I shouldn't need to explain. I gave you a link that with a ton of information that a good friend of mine made (he worked at a dealership for a long time), and I post it every time someone questions this stuff. It just gets old repeating it.

Well yeah it only takes 1.7 quarts. If you fill until it dribbles you're looking at like 2.5 quarts..

And for the love of god, only use GM fluid. The part numbers are in that thread.

i assume the balts transmission is like any other transmission...if thats the case, u all are wrong. With that amount of miles on the OP's car, he should be doing a trans oil flush.... not a oil change.
