what would benefit me more?

Im planning on buying gm stage 2 and performance exhaust, and honed manifold. I currently have the K&N filter. I was wondering around what hp/tq range i would be at. Also, im sorry if im dumb, but what is the difference between the headers and the manifold, which makes more power, which would be better suited for my future setup?

Thanks a lot guys

The headers that are offered are actually pipes that come off and collect into one or two in some cases then proceed to the downpipe. Each exhaust port has its own tube.

A manifold (in this cases honed and extruded) is basically a stock manifold that has been given more flow rate.

9 times out of 10 you'll benefit from a header more so than an extruded manifold.
