As far as I understand HP > 300 = Upgraded Internals for LSJ.

Get the "LSJ Power Book" It walks you through how to make a 300 hp LSJ

Kinda dissapointed.... Yesterday i got a present, My buddy took my car for me to get it dyno tune. I have e85 on 60's full cooling mod, opt b. running around 20lbs of boost, mid lenth cti headers 3 in dp high flow cat, 2.5 cat back no res magnaflow muff. zzp 3in intake and the numbers was below 250 to the wheels, but so called 285 to the motor. im so upset happy with the present but upset cuz i spent all this money plus a present and still cant break 300. plus i have sputter at 5760rpm. I must admit 1st gear forget about it. But i dont have my top end any more. Looking at the dyno sheet i power droped off at 6k. Really not happy. Slap on a t3/t4 turbo and be at 350 easy. What to do!!!!!!!

What makes u think its gonna make good power with a turbo if ur car is running like crap now? You need to investigate the issue before dumping more money into the car. Just my .02 tho - good luck man

compression test, check for leaks, get a custom tune. not saying zzp tunes are bad but they are canned tunes, basically to get you started. 250 is very low actually for all you have. how are your AFR looking like at WOT

stock lsj w/m62
2.7 pulley
60's lbs injectors
3in zzp intake
dual pass
stage 3 H/E into stock H/E
Z06 MAF sensor
CTI headers 3" dp to 2.5
stock exhaust piping thrust turbo muffler
No cat or Resonator
zap can tune
sportline springs
235/40/18s all around.

I would guess the small pulley is hurting you, esp with where it made peak power. It needs a 2.9

The stock exhaust is hurting you too.

2.7, 60s, and E85 isn't going to work... One of those needs to change. 2.7, 80s and E85. 2.7, 60s, and pump gas. Or bigger pulley, 60s, and E85.

Im sure you can get somewhat CLOSE if you enter the correct HP Correction in the setup for it.

HP Correction will apply to your MPG reading and your HP reading. I used / tracked my MPG actual Vs Interceptor and did the math, for my car I had to enter 075 for my HP Correction.

You should be running 80's with e85. I have basically the same mods but i'm on meth not ethanol and I put down 280hp/256tq on a BYT tune. I am pretty much at my max with where I can go unless I get into the head and motor. I wanted 300hp but I don't see that happening.
