What are the gold tubes for at the back of the engine bay? Apart of the coilovers? If so what kind? Couldn't get it to upload so cut and paste the link. I am just curious.

Those are the reservoirs for the shocks, same as motorcycles and dirtbikes. Probably a custom set since it looks like it's a race car. They look like it might be from an Ohlins coilover set but the picture isn't big enough to see the lettering.

Not for the cobalt but thats what they are. Deffinately a custom race setup and would probably set you back $5k+ if you were looking to get something like that if you could even find it.

10 minutes after I posted. I realized this was from the cobalt time attack car. So you hit the nail on the head with it being a race car.

I was thinking that from the red fenders and all the extra hoses and wires you don't usually see. I think Powell had made some parts for the car so maybe a PM could get you more info on the suspension set up.
