Question Where to begin...

So I've had my car for just under a year now. I bought it with about 9K miles on it and apparently the previous owner had done some mods to it already. The car has a K&N CAI and a Borla cat back. I havn't checked to see if the downpipe has been changed but it doesn't smell like the cat's been removed. I suspect it's been lowered but I don't have another car for reference so I'm not sure. It's really low though. I mean I clear the nose over parking space concrete by maybe 2mm lol. Anyways, the car is still on stock clutch although mine doesn't slip like I've been hearing happens on this car. I even had the dealer check the clutch on my last visit and they said it was still good. I've been looking at getting the OTTP stage I kit but I was wondering if I should maybe start with buying a better clutch? Or can the stock clutch handle the power? I'm at 20K miles right now and here's a pic of the engine bay, if any of you can see any mods that I don't know about :P

thanks for the help

Its not as much if you know how to drive as it is HOW you drive your car.. If you're hard on it, then it will not like you as much.. I powershifted my car every race I ever had for 20k miles and then my clutch finally went out and that was my fault, i was expecting it.

If you're nice to it.. It'll be nice to you

Well I try to be as nice to my clutch as I can...rev matching and what not but I do enjoy getting on the throttle pretty hard every now and then and ripping throught some corners. That aside, should I look at getting the bigger h/e along with the kit, or would I be ok for now with what it comes with?

A heat exchanger is always nice, but not needed.

do u have access to a tuner? if so IMO get cooling mods (meth, heat exchanger, option b) then get it tuned. after taking my car to the track ive realized these cars can be fast with very minamal mods done to them. there is no reason why a car with the above mods along with dr's couldnt run deep in the 13's. i almost trapped 100mph on a stock car. with traction these things go

I guess the biggest thing is finding someone around where I live that can tune the car then. Right now it's running the factory tune and throws CELs all the time cause of the mods... Anybody is south Florida willing to tune a cobalt?
