so is it possible to hit 450+ without juice? or would you hit the tvs brick wall before that?

not sure what my hp ratings are cant find a good dyno out here thats not over 100 bucks for a run. But i took mine to the track about 3 or 4 weekends ago and ran a new 08 turbo balt with exhaust and a tune. kid really diddnt know how to drive but i got him by about 2 links in the quarter. i didnt get the best time i could cause i rolled the start like i would at a traffic light so i wouldnt snap anything and my clutch slipped pretty bad when i hit second. I still ran a 13.6.

Stage 2
catless vibrant exhaust
AEM filter
Colder plugs
heavy foot mod

Has anyone dynoed a car simular to mine? 07 S/C SS

just for information's sake, here's M88ArRamadi's tvs numbers. He put out more tq than paul (blackg85ss) and he did a 421whp pull, which is when the motor blew due to massive knock.
um I made 440whp 400wtq on 22.35 psi and 104 octane, running the same tune on pump gas now. I guess I didn't post that on here yet. you want more, give me a few weeks cylinder head just arrived monday.

death yeah ill bve hitting richmond soon today it was a nice 65 degrees, but i ran a 2-4 high speed pull and IAT2's hit 179. My cobra HE is damaged and i think its affecting the flow badly gonna jump on the GB for OTT HE. 400 is decent i dunno if he would have achieved that on the stock 9:5:1 tho

Damn, didn't know there were any TVS's out there that hit 400whp. God I can't wait til mine comes and the job gets more stable so I can really get this going.

This could be a very sweet thread.

i ran 13.9 with a 2.5 60 foot, so needless to say my runs are junk, i dont have the tires to be running what i should

when i get my rotated mounts things should be much better

I know, I was referring to your numbers that are currently posted.

that's the key, every build should be well thought out. Shouldn't just buy parts because of what you've heard.

He deleted them from this site and his photobucket account.

I know exactly the components I want for my build but I cannot afford the downtime or the cost in building a motor right now and on a car that only has 30,000 miles on it, it seems a waste. Thats something I'll do when I get to 100,000 miles. Theres other areas to focus on axles, clutch, rotated mounts, drag radials, audio, coilovers, braces, exterior by the time all thats done how I want I prob will be at 100,000 miles.

When an built engine goes pop what do you think that means?

I think the brick wall has been found. I would love for someone to prove me wrong.

give or take really, but I think you are right. A well thought out build and a lot of tuning could net 400hp/400tq reliably I think. But that's on race gas. I think a pump gas car is gonna be 375/350ish. Mainly cause you are gonna have to back to the timing off.

Then again, this was on an exhaust ported only head, and we have no idea who actually ported it. So who knows really. But I think it's a pretty accurate statement to say that 450whp on pump gas ain't happening.
