Why is my torque curve all jagged

So I went for a dyno the other day and as you can see on my graph the torque line is all jagged. Question to all the tuning masters out there what couold cause this? Am I running lean, detonation, spark .....? Any Ideas
I am not debating the power I made there is a seperate thread for that this is for solving my torque curve issue. Thanks in advance.

running rich most likely. These cars from the factory come tuned rich cause they "run better that way"

GM rep told me that. You're probably running too rich at WOT. Did you blow off any smoke ***** in your higher RPM range when you did your dyno pull?

Does the car have any kind of tune at all? Your sig says you have the airbox mod and K&N, do you have any other mods? It could be a number of things... my first guess is that the fuel trims are probably way off but some more information about the car would help.

Nope as far as I know thats it. The performance shop said it might have a custom tune but I have no idea I bought it used through a dealer who got it through an auction. i have check the pulleys and the injectors and they are stock. The shop was think fuel too but they were leaning towards it was lean.

they only revved to 6000 according to the chart? even if its stock you should have another 500 rpm before teh limiter.

Does the s/c pulley have any bolts holding it on or is it pressed on the s/c shaft? Injectors green, or blue?

Could be a high-reading dyno, or a tune with a lot of timing, causing knock and giving you the lumpy curve.

Okay my power levels aside. Bluelighning said at the track I was blowing black smoke. So that means I am running rich right? So would putting the airbox cover back on help in terms of the MAF reading proper. Or should I get it checked at the dealer as it is still on powertrain warranty.

the air box cover will not skew your maf reading. If anything putting it back on will give slightly less air and make it slightly richer. You need to datalog with wideband and get a tune.
/end thread.
