A o2 sensor that can be hooked up with a guage that monitors air/fuel ration to see if your running rich or lean so you dont detonate your engine.

cannot adjust AFR with it, it only monitors your AFR in a "wideband" . The one for your car is called a narrowband.......

If you plan on running a different tune, a smaller pulley, or changing your air/fuel mixture in any way it's a good thing to have. If you're considering buying one, do it, but make sure to do research before purchasing. Innovate, AEM, and PLX all make good widebands but you're going to pay for quality. In my opinion, this is one of the things I should have bought when I first started working on and modifying cars. I didn't find out until much later how useful it was. Now, it'd be my first purchase before I start modifying a car.
