Wideband Bung

For those who have had to have a o2 bung installed for the wideband where did you locate it at on the downpipe? Near the begining of the dp by the flex joing or near the end after the reg o2. Does it even matter..... someone advised me that it would be more accurate towards the begining......

mines inbetween the flex pipe and the cat right after the stock 1st one basically (get a more accurate reading before the cat) but if you don't have a cat, anywhere on the D.P. will do fine

isn't it the closer to the engine the more accurate the reading. but the directions tell you 12-18 inches is best.
