Wideband questions

I have the AEM Uego wideband, I wana know if this is normal or wats up... When parked with the car on it reads 13.2 to 14.6 it just goes up and down, at WOT it goes to 10.0 all the way down, idk if thats good or bad also when i let off the gas the top little line goes all the way up and reads dashes until i give it gas... So if anyone could enlighten me in how it works or if this is right please let me know thanks!

thats normal.. means ur runnin real rich under WOT ... alot of people run mid 11s to 12.0 to get the most out of it..and the dancing of the reading at idle is normal.. they say it should be at 14.7 and bounce around a bit.. so urs seems pretty good
