Seems like a pretty good buy to me, dont know much about fluidyne as far as a brand, but it looks pretty nice.... let me know, im thinking about purchasing it

fluidyne makes awesome products. Amp is a great company as well. Whether it will fit or not I couldn't tell you without dementions, but I hear about people putting cobra heat exchangers on their ss/scs all the time.
